Products and customer region
The store offers digital product downloads for customers in the United States. No physical product is shipped for a listing described as a digital download. Each product listing identifies the included files, requirements and price. Read those details before ordering.
Compatibility and content
File formats differ by product. PDF, XLSX and PPTX files require suitable software; a printable PDF is not automatically editable or fillable. Product descriptions and included instructions identify the relevant capabilities. Preview images are illustrations of the listed product, not separate rights to additional resources.
Orders and download access
Use accurate order and account information and keep your account credentials private. Eligible downloads are accessed through the purchasing account and order instructions. Download limits, expiry and order eligibility govern access to the download service. These access controls do not shorten the included license for copies already lawfully downloaded.
License
A purchase grants only the use permissions stated in the product’s included license. Personal/household and one-business-internal-use licenses differ. A purchase does not transfer copyright ownership or automatically permit resale, redistribution, client-template use or commercial merchandise. Rights available under applicable law are preserved.
Refunds
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your completed purchase, including after downloading. The period starts immediately when the purchase completes, not when you first download, and does not restart with later downloads. Email info@printably.net within that period. The separate Refund Policy explains the request process and refund amount; it does not limit rights or remedies available under applicable law.
Later versions and service access
Future versions, updates, perpetual hosting and unlimited downloads are not automatically included unless expressly offered. Keep permitted copies and backups within the product’s license.
Questions and changes
Contact info@printably.net with questions about an order or permitted use. Updated terms should show an effective date and a clear explanation of material changes. Do not silently replace the terms or product license applicable to an already completed purchase.
Applicable rights
Nothing in these terms is intended to waive rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow the seller to waive.
