Get your files. Keep them handy.
Find your download
Sign in to the account associated with your order, then open My account → Downloads. Eligible files may also be linked in your order email. If the link asks you to sign in, use the purchasing account.
Check the download details
Your order shows the remaining downloads and expiry date for each file. Access depends on the order and its download permissions. A saved link does not bypass sign-in, expiry or download limits.
Save and open your ZIP
Save the ZIP to your device, then extract its contents before opening the individual files. Keep the included READ_ME.txt and LICENSE.txt with your resources.
Choose the right application
Use a PDF reader for PDFs. XLSX spreadsheets and PPTX presentations need compatible software. Formats differ by kit; check the listing and included guide. A printable PDF is not automatically editable or fillable.
Before you print
Follow the paper size and printing instructions supplied with your kit. Review the print settings and a test page before printing the full set.
If a link stops working
Check that you are signed in to the purchasing account and that downloads remain available. If you still need help, email info@printably.net with your order number, product title and the error wording. Do not send passwords, card details or private download links.
Keep a personal backup
Download limits and link expiry govern access to the download service. They do not shorten the included license for copies already lawfully downloaded. Keep a backup within that product’s permitted uses; future hosting and later versions are not automatically included.
